Seido improvs on a customized lap steel - which had springs instead of strings.
Golden Noises received mixed but nevertheless enthusiastic reviews! Chuck Fournier ( also known as Chroma), one of the performers that night, gives us his take on the event.

Yowza, how's everyone doing? So we've got Tunog Timog up and running and we've got the insanely talented pro comic illustrator John Amor working on our Header Image art (wag ka, mahal tf niya buti na lang libre satin!), but any kind of contribution is needed and welcome! For our ART section, if you're a graphic artist with some work you wanna spread some Tunog Timog lovin over, send em to us and we'll put em up!

I'm tryin to work out getting more band profiles so I can write em up, but it's comin, it's comin. :) Chillax lang tayo. The Features page will focus on in-depth thoughts by Davao Musicians, and I'm thinking, how about we interview mr ass-kickin Chuck Fournier of Mutiny fame? Idol ko to e. Hindi pa naman final. Anong sa tingin ninyo? Make suggestions about whose brain you wanna see picked.

Tunog Timog is crazy pleased to see support this early into the site's creation! Alangan, tayo tayo lang din naman to eh! Tuloy tuloy na to ha! Bantay lang mo. Hehe! - jad

Finally, an umbrella site for the different spiderwebbing links, connections, and contacts in Mindanao's local art and music scene!

Here you will find the main hub for anything and everything that's going on, down, and about when it comes to underground and independent art and music. This is an online zine, portal, and gallery of different bands, musicians, artists, writers, filmmakers, recording studios, hell, we even have tattoo artists. Take a look-see. Wanna watch a gig? We post schedules regularly. Looking for a good place to set up a production? Contact us or check out the links page for possible options.

Spearheaded and powered by people who give a shit about how the scene evolves, you can be a part of this group. Message us, and help support the local music scene down south. Palawakin natin ang sakop ng tunog timog. Ana gyud! Rock and roll! :)
